in the Drop down values
Incident Setup
Enter the
Incident Type
and click on the
submit button
to save the values
Entered values will be listed in the grid
You can

the grid values

to edit the existing values, once you updated the values click on the
update button
to save the values or click on
cancel button
to clear the edit action

To Edit the
Incident
click on the
edit icon
in the List Incident tab. Once you updated the values click on the
submit button
to save the values or cancel to clear the

click on the delete Icon
Create Incident
Choose the
Term
from the Term Dropdown values
Choose the
Class
from the class Dropdown values
Choose the
Student
from the Student Dropdown values
Enter the
Incident date and time
Enter the
Incident Type
from the Incident Type Drop down
Enter the
Incident Report
in detail
Choose the
Incident Status
from the Drop down values
Enter the
Location and Referred
to values
If other students involved in the incident, select other students involved yes and choose the
class and student name
drop down values
If staff involved in the incident, Select staff involved yes and choose the
staff name
from the drop down Values
Once you entered the values click on the
submit button
to save values or click on the
cancel
to clear the values

By default, once you
update an Incident
you will land to Incident Action page
Choose the
Action
to be taken from Action Taken Drop down values
Click on
Submit button
to save the Incident Action values

type of Report
from Reports Drop down

from the Class Drop down

from Calendar icon or enter From Date similarly Choose

to generate the report
